by William Stoddart

In this work William Stoddart guides the reader through the complex field of Hindu mythology, metaphysics, and spirituality. From the factual standpoint of a scholar, the author explains and expounds on matters such as caste, reincarnation, reality, deities and darshan. The book is concise, remarkably clear, and comprehensive. It will serve well both the student of religion and those wishing a penetrating look into the Hindu world.

"This book is a treasure for those seeking an understanding of Hinduism and Hindu terminology."
